When I first visited the Moor shop with my wife for her new sim card! the advisor who dealt with her contract was so helpful and obliging and i asked him if he could organise a sim for my phone also! He said no problem so he got me a monthly contract sorted! but a few days later I needed to return to the shop with a couple of problems on my phone when we arrived there it was busy but the chap on front desk said you can wait some one will come to you shortly! we waited for 50 minutes I had enough no one even came to me and asked what was the problem the after sales definitely unreliable! disappointed I will never go there again!!

Had to come in for a replacement SIM due to some kind of glitch this week. I wasn't happy about unexpectedly having to take the time to do that, however, I can't fault the shop and staff. The person who helped me was great - positive and efficient (unfortunately I didn't remember a name, but he said he was fairly new, and had a notebook and no hair - many thanks to him!)

Went in to get screenprotector replaced under their 2hr turnaround service. They failed to do that! What's the purpose having 2hr turn around service and you can't resource it adequately. This happen few times.

Poor communicationWaited 3 hours for a phone screen to be repaired and in the end it didn?t get done due to been told it wasnt under warranty because the phone didn?t open flat , looked at the same model phones and non of them open perfectly flat.Told me my phone wasnt under warranty because of this so it would cost me £500 to repair- SCAMMERS.

Really helpful, knowledgeable and empathetic staff. They turned the background music down a little for us as it was quite tricky to concentrate with it on. Struggled with the beep of the security door, so a stressful environment if you are sound sensitive.

Hard working staff that always have a full shop of customers. The booking system keeps things orderly so you know you will be seen for servicing your mobile or purchasing etc.

Walked in to ask someone about insurance repairs, was seen within the first minute or waiting by the welcome podium by a lovely lady who was very friendly, helpful and informative even about how the process would work in a different store. Repairs booked in in the morning apparently are completed that day and afternoon repairs the next morning. Sounds like a brilliant service all round.
