“Huge shout out and Thanks to Rebecca (Manager) who went completely above and beyond. My mum (91 with onset of dementia) visited looking for her 3 wheel trolly she lost 3 days prior. She got temporarily confused and forgot where she was. Not only did Rebecca help, she brought her home n her car. Much gratitude to her , people like her that makes this place a better world xx”

“Used to be the old Star Cinema many, many years ago.Don't know if this is unique for this Poundland or all of them but the staff were available in numbers, very friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble which is very refreshing and makes shopping here a good experience.Good displays which are well stocked and easy to navigate around the shop with clear signage.Well done Manor Top Poundland ??”

“I went to the works at Crystal Peaks to find books for my grandson. One of them I wanted had sold out. The assistant phoned Meadowhall and the moor stores . The store on the moor are saving it for me. Excellent customer service. Such a nice lady too.”
“It's not a bad sized place, very clean and the staff were really polite. The girl at the till was watching the queue, as it got to 5 she buzzed for a new lane to open, no one came so she put her green lane on Amber.This was the branch off the parkway going into the city. It's a little awkward to get to but worth the travelConscientious and friendly all round. Will definitely pop in again.”

“Went in for wallpaper but sadly the store does not stock it anymore. However, an amazing experience, got to witness a store supervisor in covert obs of a shoplifter, highly entertaining and got the full lowdown in the carpark from a staff member on a fag break. Love it can't wait for the next visit.”

“Clean and well organised store. No mess or clutter. The staff were helpful and friendly. The queues, although the size of them seemed daunting at first, well they were soon got through and you were in and out of there in no time. We managed to get everything that we were after and more in fact! All in all a good visit and would recommend”

“The service is always good, the only complaint I do have, is with the door, it's quite heavy so it's not very disability friendly if you use a wheelchair or mobility scooter”
