“Top class experience from this shop. Received some fantastic advice regarding an upcoming 10k I had. I was given some trail running trainers to take away and try at no cost which is amazing. I was then allowed to keep them longer and use them for the race. I have never known a service be as good as this. The stock of trainers and other items is great and they can order in if they don't have something. Really friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks so much again and I will be returning at some point soon to get my next pair of trainers. You deserve the best review possible !”

“Rush Peak and Hunza Valley 2023:This was an excellent and very enjoyable trek through some amazing mountains in a beautiful and very friendly country. Jagged Globe logistics worked without a hitch and great accommodation was provided in-country before and after the trek. The food provided at camp was superb as was the support received from all the guides and porters. The route was interesting and took us through some stunning scenery and to some amazing camp sites. The camp kit was good and a mess tent and loo tent were available at all sites.I would unreservedly recommend this trip to anyone who is a competent and confident walker and enjoys the great outdoors. However it should be made clear that some of the paths are challenging in terms of gradient, surface and the amount of exposure, and the glacier crossings can be interesting!”

“I had an absolutely wonderful experience in this store, the young woman serving me (sorry I didn't get your name, long black hair) did an incredible job helping me to pick out a 1960s outfit for a costume party I'm going to. I was in a massive flap and have no idea what I'm doing with fashion, nevertheless she picked out so many wonderful options for me to choose from and patiently talked me through what would and wouldn't work. “Not sure what it is about all TK max stores but I never seem to be able to find anything easily. Yes there are thousands of products and it must be difficult to put everything in locations that are easy to see/find, but I always end up asking a staff member where items are!Stores are usually over a ground and 1st floor but there is always a lift if you need wheelchair access etc.Lots of free parking (a few hours) for all the stores on site.Products are good but do check clothing before you take home as I have bought items before that have had marks, occasional rip etc.Electronic products are of a good selection, as is the vast amount of kitchen and home products.Shoes are organised in size order so easy to go to those sections, but it's the clothing that is vast and hard to find exactly what you want without asking for assistance.There is always a bargain to be had if you are willing to hunt for a while.Thank you.”

We were shown to the changing rooms given advice on the size and length and even helped to order online so they were delivered to our house in just 3 days ? she loves them and she looks amazing ❤️”

“One of my favourite charity shops! It's especially good for books; both fiction and non-fiction. There is a broad range of non-fiction books, and they are sorted into subject categories.This shop also stocks somevinyl records, general bric&brac, toys&games, and new Oxfam gifts and cards. The staff are friendly and cheerful too. Well worth a visit, and for a very good cause.”

“I took my bike in because my chain had snapped. I was expecting to wait for ages, but the machanic guy said it'll take about 10 minutes to replace the cain and sort my gears out. It did! No messing about. He was really friendly and we had a bit of a chuckle as well. It cost less than I was expecting too. I'd definitely use them again.”
