Absolutely amazing customer service by Jamie. Very helpful, kind and deserves a pay rise. Helped me out with any questions or concerns immediately, would highly recommend anyone to do business with Jamie as he is an excellent worker and is fantastic with customers. 10/10 5*

Obviously you think people have nothing else better to do than wait in most of the day for one of your carpet fitters to turn up. Yes you have a 3 hour time window but your fitter didn’t even turn up within that period so why give one in the first place. Not impressed at all.

I visited Atkinson's store, it is a lovely place, just how a department store should be, something for everyone. I often wonder through with friends. A place for lovely gifts among lots of other items for your home and family.
