“I had a booked slot and the team started fairly quickly but they are easily distracted by walk-ins and other customer issues - I appreciate they are trying to be helpful for everyone - but I ended up waiting an hour for a job that only required about 10 mins labour -its a balancing act I appreciate and on a Sunday but thats why I didn't feel a 5 was representative.Kudos to them for trying to keep everyone happy - not an easy task! :)”

“Great service. MOT booked and sorted on the same day. Had an issue with a front fog light and Ves and Chris had the bumper off and all sorts to get to it, sorted it free of charge. Served by Christian, also fantastic. Will be back for Tyres when they need doing.”
