Was impressed by the excellent lay out, clear sizes etc. Very professional service. Realistic pricing, without the "vintage" premium, just honest bargains for an excellent cause. We all have a ??. Your money will be put to good use, and you can bag a bargain.

Location: Outside British Heart Foundation charity shop on Ecclesall Road. Clothing & aides: hiking boots, waterproof jacket, leather gloves, walking stick and a ruck sack on my back.Conditions: Path looked wet but didn't appear icy. When walking ahead, I immediately lost my footing and landed on my back. Upon recovering myself with the help of a kind stranger, on closer inspection, we discovered that there appeared to be a small rippling mains water leak rising up through the pavement. It seems that the water was hiding the fact that there was a layer of ice below. I felt it was extremely important to seek help from the shop directly opposite the scene and asked the owner if they could contact the council to report the danger. The owner told me that they had already reported the leak the week before and as we were discussing what to do next, another person became a victim of the hidden and lubricated ice. The owner kindly took charge and spead salt over the affected area and placed a yellow cone in the middle. Thanks to the 2 wonderful staff who were there to help their local community keep safe xx

Not friendly worker, you can see there?s no enthusiasm on the face. Terrible excuse ?Covid? so close the fitting room. People doesn?t have time to return things. if they can try it on at the moment why need to waste time?

The young guy on the till was clearly very nervous but he did a great job, you can tell he's new to customer service but he's got a good head on his shoulders and if he keeps an open mind he'll go far.Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.Deep breaths. Stay neutral! Peace. Thanks as always to BHF for having affordable clothes for people who need them. All for a good cause as well.

Vintage E-Bay business pretending to be a charity shop.ALL PRICES taken straight from E-Bays highest priced sold listings. The staff at this shop do HUGE amounts of damage to the charity and local community and have essentially turned a charity shop into their very own personal vintage E-Bay business.Prices are around 80% higher than your average charity shop, all by greedy staff who treat the place as their very own vintage antiques E-Bay store.Very, very, very overpriced for a charity shop.Taking into account what these people are selling is FREE DONATIONS and they have the total cheek to put top E-Bay prices on is just a total joke that badly hurts local families. The staff here (who always have their face in their mobile phone) have done huge amounts of damage and have turned this into their very own little vintage shop with prices to match.Extreme pricing in this store! Please remember these staff USE EBAY to set their prices, in this case then just buy it from E-Bay instead and have it delivered to your door.Yet another classic example of horrible staff turning a charity shop into their very own vintage E-Bay business. If you are a reseller / trader / collector / low income family just don't bother going in. If you really want to support this charity please just go online and donate, please DON'T support staff who have turned a charity shop into their own vintage E-BAY business. To think what these people sell are FREE DONATIONS and they have the total cheek to add top E-Bay prices to every item it a total joke. This isn't a charity shop, its someone's personal vintage E-Bay business with prices to match.Big well done to the staff here for having one of the highest E-Bay priced shops in Sheffield, big well done for the sheer amount of damage dome to the charity and community all by benefit dwelling volunteers and smartphones. For the record if you want to run a vintage shop / if you want to run a antiques shop / if you want to run a high end luxury E-Bay business then please go and buy your own shop and DON'T turn a charity shop into your own luxury E-Bay business.Way over priced in every respect, please, please do not support staff who turn charity shops into their own vintage E-Bay businesses.Remember these staff use EBAY to price everything so just buy it from E-Bay instead and have is posted to your door. These staff are damaging the both the charity and local community everyday, they have used their smartphones to turn a charity shop into their own vintage E-Bay store. Please don't support that as they are pricing the families who need these shops the most straight out of the market. For one example I went in this shop the other week and picked up a computer game, I open the box and the CD was very badly scratched, but don't worry they only wanted £6 for a second hand game that every other charity sells for £1.FULL EBAY PRICING AT THIS STORE!!!!!
