About 10 years ago we purchased all the items for a shower room from Bathstore Sheffield. Everything was fine, and over the years we have needed replacement parts for small items which were damaged or wore out. These have been sourced without fuss and on one occasion, free of charge as the item had a lifetime guarantee. Really good service
