Such a warm, helpful and happy shopping environment to be in. It?s nice to see members of staff actually enjoying their jobs rather than being miserable robots. I?m unsure as to why so many people leaving previous reviews were annoyed and dissatisfied with their shopping experience here, I left with a smile on my face and my mood lifted.

The young tall girl and a young short man continued to flirt and play fight while customers needed help .the staff in this shop are awful. The bloke who works in mornings normally he wears glasses he is the only staff who is doing his job correctly

Some reduced prices go through at normal prices, I know people get to till and won't complain but I asked one girl to help and my god, it was as if I was asking for the world. I did ask nicely. Another item I said needed reducing and she just tapped the basket compartment. What an ignorant attitude no customer service there , I just left the things behind if I'm a problem .Tallish thin girl doesn't wear glasses Early Sunday afternoon 5th November.Get your prices sorted then we don't have to trouble staff who don't want to talk.

The woman on the click and collect counter is the rudest person I have ever met. She was so rude to me and 2 other customers in the space of 3 minutes. Baffles me that this person is allowed to work here. I have come across some rude people before but this was another level. Looking at reviews and this looks like a problem across the board. Asda sort it out.

The shop is always well stocked and the colleague's are always friendly and very helpful. A happy store. A real pleasure to shop there.

The service is terrible, the workers completely ignore you and rather just avoid you than actually help, went to the checkout to buy cigarettes and the employee saw me and looked at me 3 times and didn?t even acknowledge me, then decided to walk away, FIX YOUR ATTITUDE.

Sure can, disrespect to customers, A staff base that?s insulting to other staff members in front of costumers, seems a group mentality coming down from head staff at this store, tbh insulting. I can name people store mangers where I will leave it for now. When a staff member asks for help and the store manager says ?yes? in a nasty tone needs looking at, plus this has been going on over 6 months. Might film it next time

Jumped up little tramp of a security guard in his £15 Next Suit thinks he's special and poorly stocked shelves in comparison with other small local supermarkets!! Avoiding is probably the best bet!!

Shocking place... these self scans are no good... i wanted lotto so I stood at the counter, and I got told to use scanner...??? HOW DOES THAT WORK... Do I go behind the counter and do it my self..???????.??

I have been coming here since it was a netto many moons ago, it's very hard to get any assistance from anyone and it's like the staff don't even want to be there!! Self service is a nightmare!! I have been stood ages waiting to have my age confirmed and nobody rushes to help out, you have to physically walk around the shop to get someone!!! Worse customer service I have ever seen and I shall be putting my money into premier and other local shops because this place doesn't treat you like a loyal customer and doesn't deserve to stay open! Avoid at all costs!!! Especially if your in a rush!!! :( I would have scored 0 if I could have....
