I am not putting my experience as I am no patient.But, staff at this pharmacy talk negatively about their patient(s) and always mess people?s order to the point people miss days for their medication and even blame another pharmacy that collaborates with them.Further, because they mess people?s order and some goes missing. this is resulting for the police to be called and General Pharmaceutical Council have been contacted about all the staff.Haha, someone put ?friendly staff,? that is hilarious. All of the staff are jokes.Honestly, it?s an absolute joke man. I would stay well clear of this

I have been using this pharmacy for about 6 months now, had a few little issues but nothing you would not get at other pharmacies.I find the staff helpful and when you get to know them they are as friendly and cheerful, but as in life everyone can have an off day

They juat stand and talk to each other whilst your stood waiting to be seen like you have nowhere to be it's a joke. Request your medication way in advance and give you complete opposite. Even though it states its for a brain condition not just for a common cold. If you can't get in with two weeks notice just send it to a chemist that can. I then put another repeat in and still you haven't got it in stock. Worst pharmacy and it used to be the best one when the old staff was there

Friendly and helpful staff, but sometimes they just seem too busy and confused where things are. People have been allowed to jump queue as well which can be frustrating.Everything for me and my parents always seems in stock but when it's not its in very quickly. Some of the staff have known me from being a kid and it's nice to see them still there.Overall a good pharmacy with good levels of care.

Excellent customer service. The ladies working there were kind and attentive. The surgery had yet again got my prescription wrong and it was only down to the fantastic staff at the pharmacy that I received myessential medicines on time. Thank you!
