There is usually a wait here for your prescription but staff are usually helpful.

I usually find it's a good pharmacy but does suffer,as a lot of them do, with long waits for prescriptions and trying to talk to them on telephone.Also lots of longs queues on some days particularly near weekends.

After trying for 25 mins to get a appointment was told that there wasn?t any available as Monday is very busy, recalled the next day and got a telephone appointment for 11. Somehow I missed the call and received a voicemail. I called back and the only other phone call opponent was a week on Monday which was ten days away, my wife?s doctors you can get a appointment with a doctor the next day ? This is why I am moving, terrible service here and would hate to have a serious illness. This place needs a serious update

Even though the pharmacy has usually been extremely busy when I call, the staff has always been friendly and polite. They have been extremely helpful on more than one occasion when I have needed my prescription early. and have supplied me with my medication super quick!

Went here for my Covid vaccination today, Friday 6th May. Queue outside 25 people deep waiting for prescriptions. No way would I have been able to wait in that just to get inside, thought that is why we make an appointment time. So I went inside and asked people stood around waiting, ignored by everyone like I had been a naughty school boy queue jumping. Not a single member of staff anywhere to be seen, just the dispenser making up his prescriptions.Surely if they are offering the jab they should have a plan in place, maybe some signage for guidance and a person greeting you with a clip board to book you in, just like it says they should on NHS website, ie why we have a booking reference. No organisation in this place which worries me to death considering what they are tasked to do.You can not offer a vaccination service and then expect everyone to mingle with customers coming to use the pharmacy, madness and again very lazy.Glad I walked away 'jab-less'

i carnt order my meds by phone all you get is a recording saying number unavailible please try later but you have to order before 12.00 ? so how go to the web site no that doesent work ether at 67 i get a flu jab and corvid top up but id have to travel miles for this ? so really i just sit here this is the country i seaved in the forces for what was the point .

Because of being near to doctor's surgery, have been having meds delivered - a free service they said they could provide - but it is grossly inefficient. Lovely drivers, can't fault them, but for some reason the pharmacy are unable to stick to a schedule, and you just never know when they are going to turn up with the meds. It has taken a week this time, and unfortunately hospital appointment meant an out card was left, and we were told they cannot redeliver. One of the store assistants is always terse and rude, and she proper told me off today, and put me in a bad mood. I feel sorry for other members of staff who have to work with her. She does not at all consider the needs of the customers who are sick/disabled. Also stock rotation leaves a lot to be desired.

Mine and my husband's prescription due to be delivered on Monday 10th January. Waited all week - then today, Friday 14th Jan, was told it would be out for delivery as an 'emergency'. Still not arrived. So husband left without his vital heart tablets over the weekend for his heart failure and I'm left with no pain relief (controlled drugs). Appalling

Ordered prescription from my GP online. Was informed that it would be ready for collection on Friday 16th Feb. Went in to collect on Monday 19th of Feb and was told that it wasn't ready but if I wanted to wait it would be 20 minutes. 40 minutes later my prescription was in my hand. Disgraceful service I have now decided to give my business to Boots.Avoid at all costs.
