To avoid disappointment with this poor pharmacy or to be told to wait 30 min even though you put your prescription in 2 week ago, or the simple fact it takes 30 min to find your prescription as the place is upside down. I would just move pharmacy or go to pharmacy2u and they will deliver your prescription and most of all, with a smile on there face.

Usual slow service from the pharmacies, what can I say? Lady behind desk raised her voice and said what are you waiting for? After 10 minutes prior asking for the medication and said, how would we know your waiting if you haven?t said? Yeah.. rude.. not for me!

Despite showing a closing time of 1pm, I went yesterday to pick up my prescription at 12.10. To find the door locked and a queue of 2 people outside. The pharmacist unlocked the door and told us waiting outside that they would not have time to serve us as they closed at 1pm! When I questioned why she was not inside and serving to make sure that people (some old and vulnerable) got a their prescriptions for the BH weekend I was told I wasn?t being helpful !There were 4 people waiting inside and at least 4 staff doing their best to serve as quickly as possible.
More people joined the queue and the pharmacist finally opened the door at 12.15 after apparently being told to do so from a member of staff and proceeded to talk about me in front of the full shop of staff and customers. In my opinion she was totally and utterly unprofessional even commenting to the staff and laughing that ?she didn?t care? if I put in a complaint against her.
I have never had a problem on any occasion when using this Pharmacy and have always found the staff to be helpful and polite. In this instance I truly feel sorry for the hardworking staff who were indeed trying their best to get everyone served but were faced with this Pharmacist causing unnecessary complaints by locking the door well before closing time.
(Just a note that also many of the people that joined the queue after me had been told to come back after 11.30, which of course had created the problem in the first place).
I have made a complaint about her attitude but honestly am not holding my breath.

I cannot state how far this pharmacy has fallen in my esteem. It is a joke, there is nothing but excuses for delays, tablets either absent from prescriptions or a note left in the bag stating you are owed tablets. When you come to pick up a prescription that has been sent digitally from the doctors you are simply given excuses and regularly left 20/30mins to get a prescription that is supposedly already prepared. This pharmacy appears to be more concerned with getting as much prescriptions as possible to make a good profit rather then customer service. When any objection or question is given, the response is condisending and dismissive.

Absolutely lovely staff. One lady especially, Tracy, she always goes the extra mile and nothing is to much trouble. She is the person i go to if i need advice. She is always willing to listen and is always discreet. Her customer service is fantastic.

Where to start?Social distancing seems a good point. Unfortunately the Staff at Weldricks are ok to tell you what to do but not so keen on doing it themselves.7 staff behind the counter area, all much closer than two meters and often brushing against each other.Only one staff member wearing gloves however they are useless as she went from person to person handling prescription after prescription then opening the door, closing it and handling other items in the Chemists all the time using the same pair of gloves. Way to spread any potential infection there.Not one single member of staff had any kind of face covering or mask.Ill be avoiding this place in the future
