I wish I?d gone to the drive through in the back to the future DeLorean and then I could?ve got the 40 minutes back I spent there only to be told the systems were down and I couldn?t get my order. You can shove your complimentary nugget meal up your trumper.

Absolute shambles. Ordered pancakes & syrup - but they forgot to pack the syrup & cutlery. Eating pancakes like it?s from gobi desert. Absolutely pathetic. Sort yourselves out. Whoever is the manager clearly doesn?t have a clue. Fix up asap. How on earth do you forget such a vital part of the meal? Embarrassing.

I think everyone has experienced tight portions from mcdonalds at some point but this is by far the worst \\\"Large\\\" fries I've ever got. Shameful

This is the worst Mcdonalds i have ever been to! The service was disgraceful. The staff do not care at all. The food took ages to come and they got my order wrong as well not coming back again

Very bad restaurant, constantly missing items or oders arriving cold. Ordered breakfast at 10.20 this morning just for the restaurant to cancel it at 11.06. Very bad business practice that damages the Mcdonald brand name.

Update from last visit 01/07/23 order number 36 food was saying ready to collect. food was sat there for 20 minutes food was cold, no order was shouted out still would not recommend or return, management needed restraining on customer service. Visited tonight and ordered a triple cheeseburger only cheese, it wasn't made fresh they'd used burgers from other burgers buns it tasted of gherkins. All food was cold, staff were slack, would not recommend would not recommend

25 minutes for a breakfast you must be joking. Utterly disappointing, a drive through with minimal staff? At a busy shopping park? In what world? Utterly ridiculous, you might want to draw your attention to another ?fast food? restaurant. Might as well have nipped onto the canal and caught your own breakfast, it would only take a few minutes, save yourself the hassle and the money. The staff totally ignored customers on the shop floor, shame really.

A little busy when I called. It was a little difficult finding somewhere to sit (I have some mobility issues) not enough lower level ordinary seats and have difficulty climbing on the raised stools. Other than this usual McDonald's consistency with food & good service from the staff.

Only gave 1 star as manager was alright, Waited 30mins after ordering through drive thru to have to go in & to find they had wrote my reg plate wrong on wrong receipt will continue to go to Burger King, I will not be going to Parkgate McDonalds again as last 4 out of 5 times they have got my order wrong.

Rude staff and racist behaviour, we could see our food was ready ( we we?re sitting in front of the kitchen ) but it took them 10 good minutes to give it to us! And when we got the food it was cold and there were missing items. The same staff who gave us our food pretended like he couldn?t understand when we asked where is our food to collect and kept saying ?I don?t know? or ?I don?t understand? and I don?t know why he kept giving us a death stare the whole time, we went in with such a happy mood but they ruined our whole night. Try eating there if you hate yourself or if you want to ruin your whole day.

Very unprofessional staff, disrespectful and rude. Cold food that was late followed by missing items were the other catches of the night. Best place to waste money on rubbish.

Sophia is an exceptional member of staff with fantastic attention to detail and excellent customer services. The restaurant was the cleanest and had the best facilities Macdonald's I've ever seen with little thoughtful touches for customers such as sauce pots, childrens crayons and flags etc all laid out in the upstairs area. Ive also not seen a McDonald's with a childrens play area inside before! Very impressed!
