long work day meant I made a mistake on my order, I phoned the shop and the issue was rectified and new pizza sent out quickly without fuss, it was much appreciated pls the pizza was nice and the choc orange cookies are to die for

Delivery was extremely fast, probably explains my problem to be honest. Bases of the pizzas were undercooked, soggy and felt like raw dough to the touch. Only came because of the deals they had on. Never again especially at the normal price.

After having a crazy stressful day with national express coaches delaying on me both journeys and getting back home starving. I ordered a pizza online and a bug happened where it only let me order with collection after clicking delivery it went back to Collection. Once I put order through it sent out for collection. Got on the phone and the guy told me it would 36 to have it delivered with £2 tax after I put 40% off. He simply understood and just charged me for delivery this saved my hunger and the dude was respectful ?

Ordered at 1750 at 19:00 we rung up got told just been put in oven for half hour was sat in quality control turned up at ten past 8 pizza and wedges stone cold rung up Rotherham branch explained the problem to be told by manager there short staffed but technically not my fault that the business is short staffed to then be told by manager it's pizza delivery you have to wait disgusting service would rate 0 star if I could

Initial delivery was fast. Missed items and was told would be sent. 1 hour after the txt saying its on way and nothing. Dissapointing service for the price.

Appalling service that just keeps getting worse. Tonight was the last straw. 2 items missing from the order, was told by the manager they would be sent out straight away. It's nearly 3hrs later and no sign. Over priced, understaffed and poor customer service. Don't waste your money

Ordered food from here tonight and its blown me away ? chillie cheese bites, triple bacan burger, wedges and cheese sauce. Obviously not just for me ? but ive lived local for a year and this is the first takeaway weve ordered that is amazing ? red hot and cooked perfectly , ive never had 100% positive to say about a takeaway until now.

Amazing food!! Dean and kenny are very friendly made me feel quite at home! Shop was spotless and lots of care taken for my meal which I appreciate it! Would give them 10 stars!

Ordered 4 Pizza for collection on the app, told 15 mins for collection. 45 mins later I was given 3 pizza and told the 4th wasn?t coming as they had no chicken. Got those home, 1 pizza has part of the crust missing, one of the others was totally wrong (nothing like I ordered). Very disappointed.
