Goodness me this shop really does need a revamp, dirty and cluttered people nearly falling over products, staff are kind and friendly though , many items have no prices so you don't know the cost until checkout

New owners have improved the variety of products significantly. Some prices are cheaper than other local shops and some have gone up. But a great deal of that is inflation. The owner is a decent guy who will help you if he can. My only grumble is that prices aren't marked up properly with about 25% of the stock which causes issues with people as one or two of the staff just don't know how much it is. This can leave you a little frustrated. Still since taking it over the owner has tried his best to improve everything. He's only had it a few months. It improves each week. But some things need to be consistently priced. It's run better than the previous owner for a few reasons.

Once a regular shopper here, twice under new ownership have they tried to sell items at an inflated cost at the till to that advertised. Watch your change, check before you buy. Once a convenience store we used to frequent will never see our custom again.
