Constant high pitch noise in the room all night that kept us awake ! Toilet constantly filling up and the kettle was disgusting and looked like it hadn?t been cleaned in years ! Reception lady was lovely though

Had an overnight stop on a long journey from Gloucestershire to Sunderland via London. Wasn?t expecting much but was blown away by how spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly and peaceful it was. I had an good nights sleep and really enjoyed my stay

Bed and pillows too hard for my liking. Food close by and parking free. Needed some much needed solo time for 1 night which this provided, so not going to grumble too much. It was easy to locate off the motorway. Quiet at night

I was using the room as a rest break to break up a 500-mile round trip and found this little gem which also happened to be the best-priced room for me. I found my room to be very clean, comfortable, and quiet, with great amenities on site, and great staff too. Really enjoyed my stay thank you.

We stay in Travelodge all over the country. Unfortunately arrived on room and toilet needed cleaning, had to get lady on reception to clean it ! Room was really cold on 2nd night, in morning checked window, massive gap round window , bad draught needs seals re doing. Shame great location. Would stay again in another room lol

Very pleasant stay, clean and spacious room compared to other travel lodges I have stayed at this one has been the best. Dog friendly and has good selection of food and drink options at the services. The women at the reception desk were very welcoming and friendly. Would stay again.

Christine and her team yet again come up trumps with their welcoming customer service at the front desk, to the lovely friendly house keepers who are chatty in the morning and keep the rooms very clean. We stay here every couple of months when visiting family, and cannot recommend this Travelodge enough.

Having booked online in advance we arrived at the hotel around 11am to check in. There is ample parking as the hotel shares motorway services. The receptionist was extremely helpful and changed our allotted room (which wasn?t yet ready) so we could bring our luggage in prior to the official time. The room was all we could expect. Would not hesitate to rebook.

The location is convenient to get to from the motorway, the room was clean, comfortable and functional. Staff very friendly, helpful available 24hrs. No evening meal facilities available in the room directly but available within 100yds of the door. Good parking.

?Quiet, comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean, excellent reception staff, always greeted with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. Others could learn from them, despite having a stressful weekend the staff were still smiling.
