Every time I visit the store there always to busy to give the medicine there and then which is a joke. Understand you mate be busy but customers are busy too and sick!!! Hires more staff!!!

Absolutely amazing pharmacy! Staff can't so enough and are always friendly, helpful and polite. The worse service ever. I have been waiting for prescription to get another dose of antibiotic and afer all they said they can't give me that even if I had right prescription! On my prescription was info that I can collect that in ANY weldricks pharmacy. Even that they did not help. I can't go to another pharmacy because was Sunday. They said that I need contact out of hours again!I don't recommend this service.If you don't have to go there don't do that.

Absolutely love the people who work in this chemist! They're all really helpful, very friendly and will go out of their way to help with any problems you may have. I always have a natter with one of them when I'm there as I'm a regular customer. Thank you to all of the staff who continue to provide me with my prescriptions xx

Phoned the out of hours doctors and they generated a prescription, but said they couldn't send it electronically and we would have to collect from Cavendish Court Doctors. It transpired that they had faxed the prescription to Weldricks on East Laith Gate. We contacted Weldricks to ask if they could fax it to our local chemist 50 yards from our house.....not 4 miles as Weldricks was. The staff refused as they 'wouldn't get paid!' I contacted our GP and asked if they could duplicate the prescription but they couldn't. They advised getting Weldricks to fax it to a closer chemist. The closest one being just over a mile away from us. The chemist agreed and I've now had to walk 2 miles+ to get a prescription for my ill wife, when they could have easily faxed it to our local chemist. This is all about MONEY and absolutely NO consideration for the patient or their health!!!!

Used to be great but slowly going down hill! Everytime I order my prescription it is never done and I have to wait longer! What is the point in ordering in advance if I have to still wait. I always leave it past the 2 working days, sometimes I won't come to collect it for 5 working days just to make sure it's done and it isn't. Certain staff members are rude and talk down to you. May not be to everyone but seems to be anyone younger than 30! For advice and help some staff are amazing, but others and prescriptions are awful.

I have to agree with comments made by Alex Duffell. Been using this chemist for years. Suddenly it's going downhill. Pre ordered prescriptions were always ready to collect. Now even when I order 7 days in advance they're not ready or incomplete. And yes, most of the staff are lovely but a couple have a very unfortunate attitude. Unlike Alex I'm not under 30 and was spoken to in a very high handed manner. I shall try Boots in the Frenchgate Centre, it's a more convenient location but unfortunately doesn't have late night opening.
