Very happy with my glasses (3 pairs in total). Staff was very nice, knowledgable and helpful. From front of shop staff to opthalmologist eveyone I dealt with was very professional. I said that lost my old glasses and need them ASAP, but didn't expect them so quick! I had my appointment in Sunday afternoon, on Wednesday following week ,before 5pm i had a text to say glasses are ready to be collected! Wow! Very efficient! (This was before Christmas period, if you wonder). Lady who sorted the purchase out when arrived, talked me through adjustments which I didnt know where needed , but made a massive difference! Also i didn't realise that frame adjustments for 3 pairs canve so quick too!!I also receieved a voucher with -50% for any frames over £69 before my next eye test and can also share -25%with my friend. How good is that? I already know what frames I am getting this year! ?3rd pair is not available on the picture as it is designated for car use only and lives in the glass holder in a car ?Thank you for a lovely service

I have used Specsavers Doncaster for over 20 years and the Specsavers brand since I was in school. The service I was given at a recent appointment was outstanding.All the staff were kind and I didnt need to change my glasses as my eyes had not changed and I was not pressured to buy new glasses. Which I am going to do at a later date.They checked my sight for glasses and my contacts in one visit which for me is a great help. I didnt feel like I was on a treadmill with them I was in and sorted and left ! no waiting around and all staff I encountered were kind and professional.Keep up the great work Specsavers Doncaster!

Had to make an emergency appointment due to blurred vision, Victor was amazing looked after me from the very start, explained everything that was happening and that he was referring me to hospital, can't thank him enough, this is the 2nd time Specsavers have saved my vision, absolutely amazing team, special mention to Michelle Harris with her sound advice and help

I suffer from several ailments including Osteoarthritis, brittle bones, Ulcerative Colitis and enlarged Prostate and I also have a very compromised immune system. This was discussed before my visit and The Optician worse a mask and sterilised the equipment, but apart from that and he friendly person who helped me choose my glasses, (though he didn't wear a mask as I previously informed he would) I felt my treatment was awful. Upon arrival I was in great pain with my hip but needed a toilet urgently. I was informed that they have no toilet, untrue as they have a staff toilet. In spite of our pleading I was informed that I had to use the toilets in the nearby shopping centre. I explained I was in great pain and could hardly walk the reply..."Well you have half an hour before your appointment so time to get there and back". I complained later to head office who informed me that they did have a toilet but that as it was upstairs they thought I couldn't make the climb, this is in spite of the fact that they have a lift which had been offered to me previously for my examination. The Optician was very good but afterwards I was left waiting, I found a chair to sit on but was told by a member of staff that I could not sit there, I explained my condition but was still forced to move. I was told that I must sit in the tiny waiting area which was full apart from one seat, two of the people sat there had hacking COVID type coughs, so I was forced to stand in great pain until a safe chair became available. Specsavers from my experience are not disabled friendly and I would not use them again.

Specsavers is a nice place to visit for proper eye test as they have capable Opticians and members of the staff to help you sort out your needs

Easy booking. Optician answered my queries efficiently. Lady who helped me decide on the frames was excellent. Gave her opinion gently and not overbearing.

Felt like each section of the process was rushed, and that the staff didn't really care..I came out not quite sure if I have exactly the right prescription m. I didn't make a purchase on frames as I felt like this process was also rushed.

It's a nice glasses shop with lots of choices but unfortunately the staff didn't show to pe professionals/ including the optician!
