The staff at your Wheatley Hall Road branch in Doncaster were excellent saving an item in the size I needed, the telephone manner of the young lady who answered my was also excellent very happy with my shopping experience with this store ? however wakefield store wasn't good answering the phone and your Rotherham branch didn't answer at all ?

Awful. Very poor quality of clothing and some ignorant staff. After witnessing security calling police on and I quote "coloured bloke" sat outside the shop, minding his own business I will never visit there again. Store manager present and unphased.
