No vegan savoury items in the fridge or behind the counter - this may have just been a bad day, but this is incredibly poor. The staff need to work on their hygiene... sneezing and coughing everywhere - if you are ill then stay at home.

Nice staff, great drinks. Saturday mornings often looks like a rougues gallery outside the place but that aside we do enjoy the coffee.

Nice atmosphere and nice and warm but the decor and seating could do with a spruce up! Good coffee though! Cakes overpriced!

Don?t have an issue with Nero. But do NOT order from them using UBER EATS. The drivers are con artists. Order didn?t arrive and was charged. Struggled to get in contact with Uber eats so didn?t get a refund.If I was Cafe Nero I?d stop using Uber eats! It reflects badly on you.

Worst experience of a cafe nero ever, very slow service, only one person working, dry cheesecake, was it about 1 week old and when using foreign workers make sure they understand and speak good English.
