Dave and Scott delivered the bed and mattress to us. They were polite and both clean in appearance, which you don?t always get. They were both friendly, smiley and efficient. Before they left I was given an information card with both their names on and contact details for the aftercare team, if I needed it; which I don?t. The bed was delivered in good, sturdy packaging, was very easy to assemble and the handy screwdriver included is a great addition for my tool box (much better than another Allen key) From entering the showroom and speaking with Amanda (Doncaster branch Centurion retail park) to having the bed and mattress delivered was effortless, all the way from start to finish. I received the best customer service from Amanda instore, she wasn?t pushy at all and took her time to ensure we were happy before ordering. Amanda gave us correct information of delivery schedules and all went to plan without any hiccups or delays. The delivery team kept us updated via email and on the day Dave and Scott contacted me with a delivery time (which I could also track via the link in the email) My delivery arrived within the designated time slot. Fantastic, Bensons for Beds, you did exactly what you promised. Will definitely use again in the future.

Avoid!!! When I first went to the shop we found a really nice salesman and told 3 weeks delivery, ( 9 weeks on and NO BED) now told us another 3 weeks so will be 12 in total which seems to be their best sales LINE....I went today to ask about it where we found the rudest saleswoman I have experienced ANITA... She told me I can't say whether your guna get it or not were only salespeople at end of day and I did offer you the showroom bed which I said yes but half of Doncaster have sat in the bed not really great is it???I'm £1500 down but she says this...she actually disgusted me that much I walked out so I didn't say something regrettable.Seems like they can't be honest and say well chances are you won't get it but don't want to admit they sold it when it was actually discontinuedThanks

Bed delivered on date on time cant fault them two very efficient delivery men put bed in bedroom no mess no fuss in and out in 5 minutes very pleased with servis and bed woul definately reccomend bensons doncaster branch

**AVOID AT ALL COSTS** I have raised a complaint with you already and it remains unresolved. I have escalated this with the furniture ombudsman as you have not fulfilled your promise on a 5 year guarantee. We have a king size bed frame which has collapsed due to the base being made of cardboard stapled to the sides and a misshapen mattress! Both of which you have refused to replace under the warranty you promised! Photographic evidence has been supplied to you and the Ombudsman.

I tought this was a professional company, I was disappointed to say the least. I ordered a bed and after waiting more than weeks 7 for its delivery, it arrived in two colours (headboard and base were different colours). After I got it sorted and asked for a replacement on the colours, I waited another few weeks just to receive a base that had 2 cupboards instead of 4 as it should've been, and with a quality so low you couldn't sleep on it. The material was unstapled and there were wood pieces inside that were hanging about. I was shocked to see that even after waiting so long, it was almost like someone pranked us. I would like my money back for this whole thing

The delivery drivers were pleasant, but they were clearly in a rush so I've been left with marks on my walls and a headboard that has not been screwed in properly, despite me paying full price for the assembly service. They were very rough when putting the bed together, which left me cringing.

Whilst the salesman was very good and helpful, I don't think I will Ever bother with Bensons for Beds again. I was given a slot of 07.00-13.00 & they failed to turn up or even bother to contact me to explain the delay which I later found out they knew about. They don't seem to give a toss once they have your money. I contacted the number given for any problems and they said they will contact the courier telling me that they will contact me. They did not bother to, so I called again and they said the same, only this time the courier rang and they said it will be a couple of hours before they arrive. To say I am disgusted disappointed is an Understatement. The situation is unacceptable and could have been avoided by a simple quick phone call to explain but they could not be bothered to.

Got served by Martin who asked a few simple questions.He took us straight to the bed we were looking for. Tested a few others but bought the first one we were shown. Which I feel is testament of Martins knowledge.Well done Bensons.

Kept informed of delivery time and an additional msg on the day giving a more precise time. Guys were polite and friendly, wore masks and kept their distance.
