I had a very thorough and first class eye test this morning Friday 24th November. Thank you Paul. However, my experience was marred by my reception on arrival which was curt and did not make me feel welcome. I?m a new customer to Bell?s and I don?t feel inclined to return nor recommend.

A big shout out to say THANK YOU Tony at Bell brothers opticians Doncaster!When my lens fell out of the frame of my reading glasses last Thursday,, he kindly agreed to fix it for me if I posted my specs through the letter box of his shop.That I did, being able to park straight outside the shop.I've just received my glasses back in the post, mended and frames tightened up, it's like having a new pair! And no charge for the postage either.I think that is excellent service from a wonderful Doncaster family business! ???

Very professional and efficient service. I was made to feel very welcome and put at ease very quickly by Anthony. Excellent advice and choice of frames. Got my first pair of reading glasses within 20 minutes. I love them. I can highly recommend Bell Brothers. Thank you. Debbie.
