I will never contribute, buy from any of there shops or have anything to do with the BHF again!!Thus is due to the way they completely ruined my day when we organised a pickup. An email confirmation on the day before told us we we were drop number 5. At 8:05 am following morning we got email saying we were drop number one. But we were not at the premises and the driver said on the phone he would only wait 2mins. I Said i was 5 mins away but he refused to wait. That ruined my day (I had traveled 160 miles the day before to make that appointment). They are complete a*******s. Even phoning the shop to attempt a reschedule got me nowhere!!

The B.H.F charity shop at Crystal Peaks .has become quite expensive .Considering everything in the shop has been given ,to help the B.H.F,greed seems to be the key word .And the shop is stuffed to the doors with items ,,not moving out ,because of the prices.People in the shop ,all say the same thing "TOO DEAR FOR A CHARITY SHOP "and leave .I have on occasions , told the staff that prices are reaching retail prices. .I now very seldom purchase anything from this shop. The higher prices are probably due to it's position in the Mall, Misconception by the Manager that shoppers will pay more ,We Won't .consequently ,the shelves will remain full.
