“Came to Screwfix for some flat plates. My new baby started crying for his bottle even though he had already had one before we left. With no where to cool it down and about 20 minutes from home we went in and asked them to cool his bottle as it was too warm. Which they did and even gave us a sanitizing wipe to clean his bottle. I thought this was really nice of them considering we are going through a global pandemic. So thankyou Screwfix I have a happy baby again :)”
