I had to make an amendment to my holiday. This was last minute and very stressful. I was so anxious, Kirsty at the Barnsley store went above and beyond, she kept me in the loop, emailed me when she knew any information and reassured me it was going to be okay. If I could give a million stars I would! The best customer service I have ever received!!!

Calm and friendly Atmosphere. Came in for some information on Cruise packages and was served by a lovley member of staff called Jade who couldn't do enough to help. Would absolutely recommend coming in store as no task is too much!

I always use TUI when booking our holidays, Jenna was the lady who booked our holiday with this year. She was amazing, and very knowledgeable, giving us lots of information about the place we had booked. She was very attentive and listened to all our needs and wants, and was very accommodating and we felt really listened to. I will definitely be back, as she made the whole process of searching for the right holiday so much easier. Now if anyone ever asks for any info I will always recommend TUI @ Barnsley and share my positive experience with Jenna ?
