Came in for a brand new pair of football boots to then purchase them, got home and realised I?ve purchased someone sloppy seconds with visible scuff marks and stains etc, Not happy in the slightest, could have at least said they were pre worn/owned but no labelled them as new.

Good selection of sports equipment & clothing.. The staff are totally not interested in helping you. A young lady supervisor on 1st floor can't or won't even answer when asked about getting some help with football boots selection. Never again. Decathlon from now on.

Worst service I?ve ever experienced. Every member of staff I came across was unprofessional. Stood slating a customer in the door way wishing he had an accident!!! Queued for a member of staff to then step in front with her clothes whilst there was a queue of customers. Will never shop here again. Exceptionally bad for your brand!
