Been in to pay a bill with my debit card, typed pin in etc when amount came up, but instead of taking payment straight from my account, woman behind counter decided to withdraw cash from my account to pay the bill..had I wanted to pay by cash, I would've taken cash instead of my card, seen as this is a business account, I have now twice as much work to do to reconcile my accounts..
