I wish I never bought a kitchen from Wickes WSM. Any problems after purchase they simply give you a number to call. When you call the number the hold times are 20+ minutes, then when you get through to someone they just say they cannot help. I am left with parts which are damaged and unusable, but the store and customer service refuse to help me. My only option now is to contact my bank as luckily I purchased on my debit card, so I will get some protection. This will take time to resolve with an unfinished kitchen. I wish I had never used Wickes, horrendous customer care or support. I would never use Wickes again.

Extremely poor service pretty much from the outset. We ordered our kitchen in march 22 and arranged for the installation for August. Imagine how happy we were when we found out on the day installation was set to start, Wickes hadn't actually ordered the kitchen. OK so it was then ordered.I was hospitalised at the start of September I contacted Wickes to say there was no point trying to contact me and to contact my wife instead. (I spent 12 weeks in hospital on this occasion). in spite of this they persisted, calling and leaving messages and sending texts, none of which I could access. Even if I could I was in fit state to deal with them.On the date agreed, my wife waited in for the delivery of the flooring and tiles, no show and no call from Wickes. After a day of waiting she called them to be informed it had been cancelled and it would be delivered a week on.The contactor waited in with his labourer for the delivery of the rest of the kitchen. It was a no show. When it did finally arrive it was incomplete, the cooker hood we ordered in March was out of stock. We were given several dates that it would arrive before it finally did: on the 28th of December, nine months after we ordered the kitchen.Ror all this inconvenience Wickes showroom offered £25 as a "goodwill" gesture, (On a £14k kitchen). I got in touch with Wickes customer services. They proved to be just as poor as the showroom going so far as to say the fact that they didn't order the kitchen did not constitue a failed delivery", nor did the ridiculous delay for the cooker hood.Wickes were happy to take our money and quick and slick in the sale, that's where the positive ended, after the initial sale everything else from them was shockingly bad. The poor lad who was booked to do the install acted as middleman, he was outstanding and couldn't do enough to rectify Wickes shoddy approach. they did eventually offer £100 as compensation for the failed deliveries and shoddy service. By this time I was hospitalised again and didn't have the energy to challenge them any more. an example of how little they cared is after a number of email from my hospital bed, explaining I was in a hospital bed, Keanu (customer services) stock email was "hoping I was having a great day".My advice if you're considering buying a kitchen from Wickes is don't

Laying a drive on my own so can only carry 30 bricks at a time in my car max, needless to say I visit Wickes in weston very frequently ! So much so I acquired a nickname..... they call me "Brickman" told them my real name but I like "Brickman" better.

Rude delivery staff blocking the road and refusing to move..You can see in the picture is plenty of space around for them to park without blocking the road

Prices are shocking, customer service is terrible (Had a recent experience where a worker just walked away whilst we still where asking the question and didn't even return. Overall a bad experience would not recommend, use BnQ Down the road, mutch better places are available.

Dont buy wicks own laminate flooring. Bowed, not strainght and at least 2 defective pieces per box with router edge missing so wont lock in
