“Excellent customer service - had some keys cut - left them while I went shopping then promptly forgot! - Drove all the way home and then (obviously) remembered - thought they would have closed but John had waited for me - how kind and considerate. I have also had links removed from a battery strap and a watch battery - Thank you”
