“Fantastic post office although you need to be clear on the service you require. They have a tendency to get it wrong. I specified 'international tracked' postage and both items were sent 'tracked and signed'; only noticing upon my return home. Charge rates vary so this has left me out of pocket, however, on this occasion both recipients specified 'tracked' only. Now I must email them to apologise. Unfortunately not the first time this has happened... such a good shop otherwise, extremely frustrating.”

“This post office used to be so awful, I refused to ever go there. The staff used to be incredibly rude. However, I recently had to go in and there was a new lady who was absolutely wonderful. I'm sorry I didn't take her name. Excellent customer service.”
“It's a post office, very knowledgeable and helpful with the information I've needed.\\nThe staff are great which is evident by the regular customers and explains the occasional queues.\\nIf you are unlucky enough to queue be sure to listen to the staff help the customer, you may be pleasantly surprised by how much they help some of the more vulnerable customers. Even to contact family members for confused customers, arrange lifts for elderly and show real concern for regular customers who become infrequent.\\nMakes the queues bearable and can almost make you happy to wait.”
