Always had good service here, & I have been using this post office for about 12 years. I find the staff helpful & friendly.

Peak times there is only ever one member of staff. Always an unacceptable queue. Staff friendly but rota management is sorely lacking

Horrible service. 1 person behind the counter and 20 people waiting to use the desk.

2 days in a row I have come to the post office for 9am opening and the staff have turned up after 9am and then take 10 minutes to have a chat with each other and set up. Surely if the opening time is 9am, they should be setting up in advance to serve at 9am? Huge queue, its December - the busiest time of year, this is not the way to run a business and keep customers!

Went to worle post office today and the woman that attended us was nice at first but then we had to show some id's and my partner got a resident card which is allowed to use as an id in the uk and also in post offices. I have the proof because i just searched. Just to say i felt that it was egoist from her part to say to my partner that the resident card is not acceptable in any post office that it doesn't matter, and my partner clearly explained that it was her only document that is acc valid here in the uk for her to use. It was embarrassing having her say something like that in a big line full of people. Thanks for the amazing experience

So placed an order with a company who used parcel force as the courier. When placing order it asked for a safe place if no one was at home , I completed this. On arriving home a card was left saying no one at home so parcel taken to Worle post office in co op and to leave one day before pick up . Not good as I had completed the part of order for a safe place and they ignored it.Oh well tomorrow will have to do.I then receive a text saying my parcel is at Worle post office ready for collecting. So I am happy and if I go to collect .In reaching post office I am greeted with a grumpy woman who states it?s only just arrived and you can?t collect it till tomorrow .I tell her I have had a text telling me it is ready for collection . She moans and grumble s , I show her the text, she begrudgingly walks the 6 ft picks up my parcel and gives it to me.Terrible customer service

Very slow service due to lack of staff. The Royal Mail have cut back budgets of man-hours hence a very long wait in this post office. Staff have very low moral which is why service is slow. You will not be thanked for waited or an apology. I even saw a large queue stopped at 4.55. With tow staff available . one ignoring the queue behind the counter. The second dealing with a post pick up for the sorting office. This resulting in 4 customers missing that days post. Rather than get the queue down for 10 minutes max and then days collection go 5 minutes late. But happy customers. Really awful and this is why public are avoiding post offices and going online instead.

Staff are very friendly but they are being badly let down by who ever "manages" this place and has decided to let it run on a skeleton staff! I was queuing for 20 minutes this morning because they only had one person serving! That's on a Saturday morning, surely common sense would say that's when most people go in so they should have more staff on.

Went to renew car tax, had lost the v5 so had to use the form off the DVLA website, waited in the branch only to be told 'cant do this it doesnt have a barcode' and asked to leave. Went to Milton post office and they were more than happy to help. Funnily enough it turns out you didnt need the barcode, but the staff in Worle couldnt be bothered.
