What a joke I use the car wash many many times this time it didn?t wash all the rear of my car. Went back to explain to them that it Missed the rear of my car and he said not his problem. His solution was ?go and use the car wash down the road as they do a better job? So straight from the horses mouth if you want a better car wash use the one down the road.

Absolutely horrendous experience!! I asked the guy working here how much it would cost to valet my car. I said it was not too dirty. He had a look and said £35!!! I then hoovered my car myself with one of the ?pay £1 for 4 minutes?. I then went to the car wash section to look at their prices. I saw the valets were priced at £6.00, £20.00 and £25.00, I asked him why he wanted to change me £35.00!!! He said no no I didn?t say that!! He was trying to rip me off!! Once I told him I wasn?t happy, he said ?don?t come back again!?. He said ?I don?t care about losing business, just don?t come back again!?. I would avoid this car wash as it?s despicable!!!

Told me the £1.99 wash is broken had to reverse out how convenient !! will be reporting to trading standards for false advertising! funny how the cheapest wash is broken last time it was we only except cash now for the cheapest wash so I bought cash this time now this absolute lie!! Fuming

I take wash for 12 £ i pay for nothing car still dust operator who no clean alloy wheel and body before drive inside i spend money for nothing i think chemical problem is there

Car needed a quick wash off to get rid of some kind of sandy rain. Car was already professionally detailed and protected so took a chance with this. Car came out looking amazing partly due to existing level of paint.
