Very poor attitude from the site manager! Been plenty of times before but felt like walking away this time! Obviously don't like dealing with customers who order tyres via Asda! Think I'll take my business elsewhere in future.

I went in to get a tyre checked, as it looked like it had some damage. While I was there, they checked all the tyres and put them at the correct pressure for me. They also did a free winter levels check too.My tyre turned out to be ok, so the whole visit was foc.What wonderful service. Thank you!Obviously, I will be returning there when I need some new tyres.

You make an appointment, you show up and they say they don't have tires, you come the next day and after they move slowly they don't want to replace your good spare wheel with a used one from the front!

The only reason I?m giving 2 stars rather than one is the friendly, polite service and the fact they got my car in for work at short notice. Had an MOT here and failed on a number of things. Agreed for all the required work to pass it to be done the following day. Dropped my car off and agreed a rough time for me to come back to collect it. The main two things needing doing were a Side Repeater (indicator) unit in my wing mirror and an anti-roll bar ball joint dust cover needing replacements.After returning a couple hours later as agreed, staff had mis-communicated amongst each other and only done the Side Repeater. But were apologetic and confirmed they were able to do the ball joint dust cover whilst I waited a bit longer.When I was told it was all done, settled my bill and given my keys back, they pointed to my car still in the servicing bay of the garage and said I was free to go. I thought it strange my car had not been parked back up outside in a parking bay for me but didn?t think too much of it at the time. I literally had to reverse my car out of the servicing/work area, carefully navigating the tools and various things scattered on the floor around it.But before this, I also had to flag down a nearby member of staff when I got to my car as two plastic parts of my car (including an airbag compartment cover) were just left discarded in my drivers footwell and I had no idea where they came from. I had to request they be put back in their rightful place before I could safely drive away! And it doesn?t stop there?Within a day or so I noticed a strange knocking noise coming from under my car that hadn?t been there before. I managed to narrow it down to the front nearside where the anti roll bar ball joint cover had needed work. Feeling very uneasy, I opted to take the car to another garage for a second opinion. Turns out ProTyre had left my anti roll bar drop link on that side completely detached!! Leaving my car potentially unsafe!Luckily this new garage fixed it for me free of charge saving me from having to return to ProTyre. Safe to say I WILL NOT be going back to ProTyre Weston, or any other affiliated garage, in the future for any other work. I do not recommend them.I do not believe this was necessarily intentional, but the multiple instances of carelessness/ lack of due care and attention leaves me with no faith in this garage and their services.

I understand other people concerns, if you sober enough to pay attention to your car service you receiving over banter and clumsy customer service then you easily see something is odd here. My wheels not aligned, but charged for (checked by another garage to confirm) PLEASE DEMAND ALIGNMENT REPORT EVERY TIME!!! Once booked my car for MOT, it failed on deterioration issue. I asked to sort it out and hours later the car passes MOT, charged a lot. 3 weeks later at tyre replacement service I was told about the same deterioration issue and it will fail next MOT. Dishonesty at its peak, keep away from them

Booked wife's car in on Mon 31st. Of zJuly. Explained Turbocharger switch problem. Showed the fault codes to guy on the desk. Arranged for 0930 hours Friday the 4th. Aug. Arranged time off from work. Went into reception with wife and spoke with a chap called Nick who appeared to be quite rude, asked me what I wanted without looking at us Explained booking, his first reaction was we don't do turbo chargers they are too much grief. I asked why that wasn't explained at the time of booking, nothing on the website and we took time off especially. He couldn't be less interested. His mate sat next to him didn't say anything. I have been using Protyre for the last 5 years with my car and my wife's for MOTs Tyres and general mechanics. Not anymore. I went to another garage just up the road I found called Tridon. Couldn't be more friendly or accommodating. We'll done Protyre 2 customers you've lost.

Hear new manager in. Not looking good so far. Called about 3 days ago for a 2 hour call back still waiting. No reply on landline since. Chat dont work either promising reply in same. Never came.

Was here 3 times, replace tyres, waiting over 2h...Do the mot failed on silly thinks, go to another garage not even find half of the failed and advisories.And today left car 1010am for 1030 wheel alignment told quick job finish car already on bay.....2h later still here and waiting.My 3 times expiriance here are Lady behind the desk is like been here for some kind of punishment. Only one person from whole stuff seems to be nice and kind.2 stars for having probably best machine to do wheel alignment in Weston.I will try to avoid these place in the future.Edited: after nearly 3h waiting my stearing wheel it's not straight....?? Have no time to sort it today so will be back on Monday.

Edit:Clarissa from the customer services team thankfully put it right, hope the team can be led by her example and care a little more.Original:Disappointing joke of a place, technician explained they couldn?t carry out an aircon regas as my condenser was broken, so they said they?d process a refund as I paid online. I thought it was great customer service until I called to chase up a week later and the manager decided I?d got the wrong information and they?d be keeping the money for doing no work. Now I?m £45 out of pocket for nothing and the guy on the phone was very rude and couldn?t care less. Shameful, stereotypical dodgy garage practices.
