AVOID THIS STORE!They have no idea what they are talking about. They had messed up on my laptop order by having the collection point for W-S-M branch instead of Cribbs Causeway, I still have not received my laptop and it has been nearly 2 weeks! They kept saying "oh yeah we will take it up for you"....it never happened. Going to get refund and order on Amazon, at least I know it will turn up!

In-store advisor (Jon older gentleman) was very helpful whilst I was in-store purchasing my new laptop. However after the purchase, service and communications were awful! I was not contacted to let me know that my new laptop was in-store and ready to collect? It took many attempts to contact customer services who eventually told me the laptop had been in-store for 2 days. There was no apology regarding the lack of communication.

Great store location plenty of parking . Not a very large store , but plenty of choices . No pushy sales staff , but enough to ask for help if needed .

I don?t have much information about the rest of the store, but I went in today to help my mum get a new phone contract and Sammie, who served us, gave us the best customer service I?ve had in ages. She was working on Boxing Day, but cheerful, patient with us, and very knowledgeable about the products on offer. This is one of those times when the staff member is the thing that would encourage me to go back to this shop, which I never use because I live in London usually. Thanks so much!!

I popped in today to buy an electric toothbrush for a brother-in-law Christmas gift (not original I know).A young chap asked if he could help, I told him I was looking for electric toothbrush - they are upstairs he replied and started to follow me upstairs whilst tap tapping on a device (store info?) in his hand. Halfway upstairs he said - they are downstairs.Now I am an "old bird" not so clever on stairs so after the effort of climbing halfway up - we turned around and traipsed back down. On the ground floor, he pointed at what can only be described as a "dump basket" and said here you are!The toothbrush I wanted was the only one, the box was bashed and tattered. I asked if there were any more in stock - no was the reply he didn't think so. He went on to say "this is the only one - sorry" (at least he apologised)... I said thanks, but no thanks and left. Bought the same product assisted by a wonderful lady in Boots.Currys - your staff need training properly! He was not aware where the product was to be found in the store, did not offer alternative. Nice lad - but clueless.

Went in Weston store yesterday to buy a Samsung watch for my girlfriend for Christmas and was appalled at the attitude of the store manager, shocking customer service, I wasn?t going to go in here again as last Christmas the service was shoddy, so went elsewhere, but thought it was a one off how wrong I was, but the manager couldn?t care less that people were waiting it seemed above him to serve anyone, the lady who worked there offered us a further £10 off cos of his attitude she was clearly embarrassed will never set foot in this awful place again, I hope you buyers stay away and they go bust like Comet did.

Today I came to visit this shop 29th 1 pm to buy a I phone,unfortunately we wait long time to get a assistance even they are not busy also,finally we got a member Carl I am not sure about the name exactly,I don?t know what happened he is like if you want buy and go like attitude,when I ask for phone he just told me the price and told me decide and let me know,and go back to the till and just standing there,again we try to wave the hand and to him to get attention,he came we told we are ready to buy the phone then he check it and told me phone not available?then just go back..This is the third time we buying items from curry?s same shop last two times one tall guy with long hair (sorry don?t know the name ) he assist me and very cooperative and help full until we finish everything he is with us and very help full,prefer the staffs like that?

The store manager could benefit from attitude management training. She made us feel unwelcome and were unhelpful. Other employees also seemed uncomfortable when interacting with her. We managed to resolve our issue online in 5 minutes, whereas we spent 30 minutes at the store with no resolution.

The staff are really helpful, explain your problem and how much you want to spend on the product and they're work out a deal to meet your needs.You can pay by card / cash and they also do credit to help you out if you pass the process.

Typical Currys store. happy to help and friendly staff. Nice to still find a retail store theses days with our busy life and cheap internet.
