“I popped into the branch today following a scam phone call the day before. I wasn't sure if it was real or not. I spoke to a young man in the branch called Shell . He looked at my account and assured me that no one from the fraud team had contacted me.He reassured me and gave me further advice on how to keep safe banking etc and information Excellent customer service and care.”

A counter for just enquiring and customer service. A paying in machine for instant deposits inside. A cashpoint outside. And counter service for paying in, withdrawals etc. Disabled access.
