I felt so sorry for James as it was his first day qualified and I was one of his first customers, I didn’t have a simple request and he was thrown right in at the deep end but he handled it brilliantly, with the support from Kevin. I cannot recommend this shop enough, and if you get a chance to work with Kevin and James to book your holiday, rest assured you’re in safe hands!
