Staff are lovely, but pharmacist to busy in consult room, leaving staff to apologize to all stood around waiting 30mins for meds.No one 8n consult room apart from pharmacist, seems like a usual thing, wouldn't of minded so much but 2nd time queuing for these meds as they had checked off wrong meds last time

I've been using this pharmacy for few years. It was pretty bad back then, then the new team with a lovely pharmacist took over (can't remember his name) and everything improved immediately. Completely different service.Then he disappeared and now the pharmacy is in bits again.I take regular medications, every month the same batch. And every single month they are not ready. Not only they don't have half of the medications that other pharmacies get without any problems but they always seem surprised that I came to collect my monthly batch.Really??? There are so many of them preparing the meds but nothing is ever ready... I find it unbelievable.Few months ago, I was given a medication I have never taken in my life, who knows who it was for, but apparently checked by two people in the pharmacy... Another time, double strength of one of the injections I used to take.How can such mistakes happen? If I wasn't careful and double check...To make it worse. I tried to get in touch with the manager and was told they were not at work that day. I had a chat with the pharmacist instead who I shared all my concerns with. He promised to pass them to the manager and reassured me that they will get in touch with me the next day they are on. Obviously no-one ever called me to apologise for constant problems and how they're going to solve them.So my question is, how can anything improve if the management doesn't bother to take the complaint seriously???Just to add, it's middle of March. My partner went to collect my medication the other day and... they're not ready yet! Plus they need to order some tablets as they don't have them in stock.ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING ?

Went to collect my prescription was early so waited outside in the real world, all staff inside getting ready ect come 9am me and a few others waiting walked in to be told another few minutes! Why it was 9am took a glance at their clock they have it running 10 mins behind!! Unbelievable couldn't believe what i was witnessing to be honest to then having heard customers haven't got their prescription as its not there!!

Long queue as usual staff too busy talking about themselves, even heard one staff say she couldn't care less about the job, didn't have my regular prescription yet again went to boots no problems only go as it's convenient but won't be in future

Absolutely terrible queues out the door rude staff didn?t used to be like it when Jonathan ran the shop they run around like headless chickens not knowing what they are doing can?t be trusted I have moved pharmacy?s for my own health

Have been using this Pharmacy for a number of years now but it really has gone down the pan the last few weeks/months. Some really lovely staff members before hand and the Pharmacist John was unbelievable. Always had time for a chat and literally put a spring in anyone's step for the day. The place had a lovely buzz about it with little to no ques or problems!The last three times I have visited the ques have been literally out of the door even tho they have double the amount of staff. I pick up a repeat prescription which has always been ordered through patient access but was denied my medication today as "they didn't use this system anymore, or for the past few months" which is clearly not true. The buzz has gone and the new staff are unconcerned and quite frankly rude. The staff who were working there before this change must be genuinely gutted with how things are going now. Avoid at all costs

I think the staff at the pharmacy do a great job, may other people need to put there selfs in there position before judging . Keep the good work up. It is appreciated by many people.

Strange pharmacy where your prescription will be sent to despite asking to go elsewhere. Something strange is going on. They like to bad mouth other local pharmacies too. Would not recommend.

Highly recommend this pharmacy, not only are all of the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, they always seem to have the necessary medication available, the pharmacist goes above and beyond. There's ample parking too.Cannot recommend this pharmacy enough.
