“I had a unfortunate incident with a key and needed it replaced urgently on Monday 21st August, after travelling down to Taunton from Birmingham which took like 4 hours (traffic ?) I got to my Airb’n’b and the key bent in the lock and I couldn’t unlock the door, after a quick google I found this Timpsons (should of been a 5 minute journey took us about 15/20, traffic ? and road closures ?)I was greeted at the door by 2 lovely men, who were more than happy to help, explained that the key can be fixed but it will be weak and I’ll probably need a new one to be safe, and advised me where to go for some food after the long day I had, and what an excellent recommendation it was, (sea bass fish and chips on Hamilton Road)I can’t explain how thankful I am for the care from the 2 men, I didn’t catch their names but they really did save the day for me!”
