Absolute incompetence. Not even worth one star. You get charged for what you didn't ask for. Ask for proof of postage and it will be signed for. Get charged for small parcel when it is large letter etc etc.And 'they cannot change it' when you point it out. They claim they cannot accept prepaid postage like from ebay. They close at random times. You may as well send your items to the man on the moon or just save yourselves frustration and put them in the bin...

I visited the store on the 31st of May and was treated badly. This made me and others really uncomfortable. The worker was rude and spoke in a impolite manner, presently herself and the store badly

Terrible! 3 times I have tried to use the post office, first time they told me if had been turned off early and today I went at half 12 to find the whole shop had been closed with a handwritten sign on the door saying it will be open again at half 1 due to being short staffed. So I returned at 2 to then be told itâ??s off all day for maintainace!!! Fuming... their excuse was that itâ??s down to the people who run it... will not be going back as clearly nobody wants to help and have no idea how to run a store! Useless

Awful post office service. Sell items through eBay and posted them here on numerous occasions. One cashier in particular consistently makes errors causing people who Iâ??ve sent parcels to pay additional postage. Not good enough.
