Went to IMO last Friday at 8:09, wasn't even opened yet! decided to go on with my day and went back to Priorswood IMO after work (6.15pm) had a sign that it'd be opened again at 6:00pm, then a worker told me it was closed....had to go to Sainsbury's car wash. Pretty bad management and timings. Not sure how its still operating, must be a miracle on their side.

Last sunday 3/3/2024 the wind tunnel didn't work, due to that the windscreen and front part of the car were not dry properly. I spoke to the team but definitely the customer satisfaction is not their priority. The client deserves the service he did pay for. It is not the 1st time i had an issue with that car wash station. Last time the self-service car wash. I've never got an issue with the previous team. I prefer to go somewhere else.

Very good place to visit, however a bit disappointing their self wash wasn't working but wouldn't put me off going back another day.

Awful service. They won't let me through the car wash because I have a built in roof rack but the self service jet wash is always turned off or blocked!!!

Car wash stopped 3 times, left grease over my front wing ehere the brush continued to spin even though ee weren't moving.

Not been to an IMO before but came away very satisfied with the result. I get a free imo carwash every month as a reward for buying my car insurance through a comparison website. It looks like the site is pay by phone only. I think it would be helpful if the prices and payment options were displayed at the main entrance as I had to drive right up to the machine to see the information board and there was a car behind me so it would have been awkward if I'd changed my mind and had to reverse out. There were a couple of attendants doing the wheel wash and they were friendly but their English was limited. The free wash was the £7.50 triple foam one and overall I was very happy with the experience.

Their opening hours are incorrect. I cut short a walk on the Quantock Hills because I remembered that my purchased car wash was about to expire and because I checked their Google opening hours, which showed them to be open until 7pm. I dashed back from the Quantocks to find that at 6.45pm they were closed. What a rubbish service.

Do not get a cheap wash as your car will look like its been in muddy rain.When using hover and it has not so great suction, let a member of staff know and you can get money back to use hover that works.All in all great place to tidy your automobile.

Paid for the expensive one, and my kids could have done better. I had to hand wash it after.Hardly any shampoo foam came out as broken. And the dryer at the end didn't work.Last time, I had a different bloke, and my car was spotless.Maybe it depends who is working.

Here's the thing. You pay for a car wash and you get a car wash. You can get posher or poorer washes but essentially, you get your car washed.Not much more to say really. Nice chap taking the money and doing the pre washing bit.
