Good lPrice on product quality not bad always long wait pay more staffing till,most staff ok but some grumpy attude. Not good for customer service.sad makes all other good things poor,??????????????

New layout is very confusing and doesn't flow. Really hard to find certain areas like the children's section which was cornered off. Seems thoughtless and ill-prepared

Huge store in Taunton, Somerset but still didn't have what we were looking for... and we went there because our local store in Yeovil didn't have it either! Usually a good store though.
