Went in to buy a Xbox. Sales assistant sent me to the till. Till assistant didn't know what bundles they could offer and asked same sales assistant for help who said they would send a member of the team across to help. After standing at the till for ten minutes I went home and ordered off amazon. Appalling sales service which seems to the theme for this branch.

Never ever again , today 4 Jan 2024 we still waiting for our TV after over a week, the tv was available in stock and the delivery eas planning gor the 30th dec 2023 . Support and customer customer care 0.The help chat ONLINE and the support call center , is located in South Africa and india ( where the most dangerous scammers in the world are located)the persons at the phone rarely speack English. No one of theme have any clue about where the TV is now or when the delivery is available. No any chance to spoke directly with the store in Taunton because no land line. Also after several times requesting copy of our online chat, we still waiting for that. We would like to cancel the order, but its impossible. SHAME ON YOU.NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Ordered a dishwasher to collect same day. Order got cancelled after 15 mins saying it's out of stock - 3 days later still no refund or exchange, or dishwasher, but website is still showing as in stock to collect today - customer service not able to process exchange or offer collect/delivery of a different dishwasher, but seem quite happy to keep hold of my money for at least 5 working days.

Not very good customer service, I notice that the staff on the floor were mainly men, which kept making excuses to serve me. Where are the women they can sale stuff as well!

It is what it is,a big shop selling electronics. I went recently for 3 items. Even though it was empty of of customer's as it had just opened, no member of staff could help me with my questions. They seemed to be running around getting ready for there busy day ahead. So I went to Argos and Amazon. Easier ,quicker and cheaper.

Absolutely bloody useless. Within an hour of ordering an item at the Taunton store , I cancelled it and requested a refund. A full refund was promised. I didn't get it, and now the item has gone missing. I went back to Currys about this and was fobbed off. Avoid this load of conning morons. Don't trust them. Expensive and useless.

Wanted dishwasher checked on line to see if in stock. It was went to store great customer service. Picked it up paid and was in and out of store in 5 mins. How good is that.

DREADFUL. 2 visits in one day to get information and help with choosing a carpet washer. 1st visit over an hour waiting for an assistant, then when one did appear was not interested in giving help, nor knowledgeable about the product.2nd visit, 25mins and not an assistant in sight but on leaving saw 4 gathered on the shop floor, CHATTING.But, thank you Curry?s for having the items on display so we now know which item to purchase ELSEWHERE.
