“Arguably they are more expensive than competition locally, but it's simply because they offer long warranties for their services. The friendliness of the front desk man and the general helpfulness of all staff make that extra 10% when you receive the bill worth it. Fortunately we have an NHS discount which means it's like for like as we receive a 10% discount. They are also really easy to book in with and stick to their timings religiously - I've never experienced a delay. Their communication about the issues and what they're doing to your vehicle is also fantastic which I really appreciate. I've used lots of garages in the area but always check with Halfords first before going elsewhere. Would recommend!”
