When I visited Taunton bensons i was greated by Will, he really paid attention to my needs and as some that has had multiple spinal surgery it is vital i get the correct bed and mattress for myself, he was patient attentive and in no way pushy. i would highly recommend paying him a visitThank you Will!

From the time of ordering our bed to the day of delivery, everything was spot on. I had regular contact from Bensons keeping me up to date on my order and the driver called me on the day to inform me of when he would arrive. He turned up exactly when he said he would and was polite and professional. 10 out of 10 for Bensons!

Can I give no stars. What a shambolic service. 5 months to deliver a bedside cabinet. 1st oder was cancelled without acknowledgement, then we had to chase. Customer service rude and unhelpful. Was told that they didn't have the resources to explain why order was cancelled once and product failed to arrive twice. Then was given another date which was cancelled and put back a month. Completely unfit for purpose. They should have a service whereby clients order and pay on delivery. That way if goods don't arrive the customer has the right to cancel and go elsewhere and not be out if pocket. I'd rather dig a whole to the centre of the earth with my tongue than give this company a penny of my hard earned money

Good service once they arrived, they were late on delivery through no fault of their own and they did apologise for this when they called prior the delivery, very polite and friendly guys who carried out the service.
Great choice, customer service and finance options. Delivery was great too.
