Truly horrible people. Treating staff so badly that they are pushed into several mental breakdowns and are forced to leave for their own sanity. Then proceeding to be hostile towards customers who are (according to them) related to said staff member.You cannot hold a grudge against people with the same surname.(To the staff who do not know this stores history I thank you for not assuming I am related to any former staff. I have a very common name so thanks for being so kind as I expect from Toolstation In general)

Great store ? Came in today to grab a tape measure for under £5 I grabbed a whopping good tool that does the job needed ??

The people behind the counter are brilliant but be aware when the stock is running low as it's not the first time that parts are missing or damage so be ware ?
