“Rang up to see if they could fit me in for a tyre repair. Confirmed they could so came 10 mins later and was seen straight away. Sadly it couldn't be repaired (almost new tyre with a slit larger than 6mm) and the reason why was explained to me. They didn't have an exact replacement in stock but offered me some other brands. I explained I needed a like for like and they checked the local stores and found on locally. I couldn't get there as I don't have a spare so they went and collected it for me, using their own car! This service was above and beyond and really helped me out as I'm fussy about tyre brands. Really good experience at Kwik fit.”
