Went to till with my purchases this morning 11 th December. There was no one at the till. Waited a long time before lady appeared telling me she was serving someone so I stepped back. She carried on talking to this lady for 15 mins until I felt compelled to leave the shop after replacing my intended purchases. Appalling service

Boots should have opened at 9 but a very helpful member of staff told me through the door that they couldn?t open until the pharmacist got there , she strolled in with very little sense of urgency at 0910 , maybe they should buy her an alarm clock . Other than that it?s an excellent shop .

THE WORST. Have had SEVERAL experiences with this shop where I've ordered a repeat prescription and phoned up a week later to see where it is to find that it hasn't been ordered. The pharmacy has also repeatedly told me that scripts have been ordered and I have to phone my doctor who tells me this is not at all true. No apologies from pharmacy ever given, they have been consistently TERRIBLE. Wanted to give less than zero stars but not an option.

Rude pharmacy staff, can?t be bothered to help or even talk nicely to you. Never got meds in stock and can?t ready in time. Poor explanation or just sarcastic comments. Dreadful store

Enquired about my repeat prescription and was told by Kate,the pharmacist,that it hadn't been re-ordered.When I asked why,she was quite abrupt with me, and said it's up to the customer to prompt a repeat prescription, which I do every time I collect it. I think Kate needs some customer service training!

Boots has helpful staff and keeps goods for collection with click and collect on line. Which save paying postage rates. I have lots of boots points on my card which I can spend at Christmas. I am often tempted by their offers in shop such as 3 for 2 and I had my flu jab there last year. So very comprehensive and intetesting shopping experience

Horrible service in this place. Made me go there twice cause they couldn't find the prescription that was sent by surgery. Pharmacist clearly doesn't wanna be there nor did it feel like she cared about customers well-being. Ended up having prescription sent to s different place. First try and was happy. Just horrible.

There's a member of staff here whose telephone manner is simply subpar. I think the management would find it in their interests to check this. It can't be that hard for an adult woman to maintain a polite tone of voice.

Friendly staff. Advice given on prescription that the doctor didn't tell me.Always feel safe and comfortable.
