“Excellent caravan park with our tourer. Stayed in field 5 with hard standing and was dog friendly. Shower block was very clean and well maintained. We even used the laundry facilities which cost £7 for a huge load of washing and drying. Washer £4 (remember your own laundry powder) and drier is £1 for 20 minutes. There was a market on the Wednesday, the last one of the year, whilst we were there. Dog play areas are plentiful as are spaces for kids if you have them, I can see it being very busy in school holidays. There is everything in walking distance, shop and reception along with amusement and cafe at entrance of the park and a nice walk through the park to the Chinese/fish shop takeaway which was also nice. Next door is also the Brean down inn which we went to watch football on the Saturday, it’s also dog friendly. A few other pubs and shops etc are in walking distance in the main area of Brean which is probably a mile walk. Across the road from the park is access to the beach which is again dog friendly and stretches 7 miles. We walked to Burnham on Sea one day and to Brean down fort another day which is recommended but consists of a set of very steep steps to reach the top. Unfortunately we only had 4 days of good weather before a storm hit with wind and rain so we packed up and went home early. Not the sites fault at all and we were sad to leave. We visited Cheddar Gorge and the attractions there, Weston-super-mare and Brean leisure park. There is a bus stop about 200m from the park exit with services to Burnham on sea and in the opposite direction Weston-super-mare. Would definitely recommend and return.”

“We had a lovely stay at Dunstan house, from the first minute to the last each member of staff were so friendly and polite with a very welcoming attitude. The room was so relaxing and clean, thanks to the maid/s for their hard work.Parking was great, no issues to put the car anywhere each day.The food was just so tasty, i’m addicted to their battered fish & chips. Our whole stay was so nice, it was a shame to leave.Only one gripe from me.. but it’s a blokey thing : ) i couldn’t get my hands on a pint of Carling, Heineken or fosters.. no traditional beer, that’s just me being me though. We are often at burnham and will definitely be booking another stay here so please please please ‘ can you put a Carling pump in ‘ for next time haha .. thank you to the whole team, you are amazing and deserve all the credit you are given.Happy CustomersSee you soonTony”
