The lady who served me today,6th April 3pm today,I found her very rude&arrogant, this is not the first time,this has happened with her, she offers very little customer service,rating 0/ 10 I spend a reasonable amount of money in your shop every week,I except more of a pleasant shopping experience also I only have one hand as the other is broken not helpful with packing bags
