Really bad service and snail speeds.I have used the service twice and the mail reached the receiver a month late.I also ordered my birthday bus pass and it reached after my birthday month. So I couldn't use it at all.

'Unable to Deliver to Safeplace' despite: 1. The side gate being left open, and 2. We were at home anyway. Liars.Multiple times in the past year our mail taken take a week+ longer than it should have, completely incompetent.

Open hours are unacceptable for peak period. Should be open 8am to 6pm week before Christmas.

Not open at the right time, went n Friday at 11/45, to find it?s closed until 4pm, ridiculous at this time of year. There were loads of people who were also hoping to pick their parcels up. Need to open longer hours

Have always been great and a quick service.Very disappointed to see that the opening hours have changed so they aren?t open any weekday 10am-4pm! Please change the opening times so people can come on their lunchbreaks as there are no other Royal Mail offices in Bath!

Just the worstUnreliable app, lost my parcel and when they did find it, goods were damaged even though they were packaged very well (I'm slightly impressed) just don't bother, they don't care

Disgraceful. I recently lost my son. A few weeks after this I received a red notice letter to be signed for but you weren't in. Wrong I was in I've o ly been out once si ce my sons death. Should have been deli ered 2 days later. No letter. I was told by royal mail. The letter was signed for and put in a letter box. The postman couldn't tell me who signed for it he said maybe the postman did and just put it in the letter box. (Not my letter box it's comunial). What's the point of paying to register a letter my friend said to hi . I will never know who it was from. Disgraceful. Sara Cohen

I was told by the Post Office to exchange old stamps, for new ones with barcodes, at the Sorting Office. The Sorting Office don't do it there either but they did give me an envelope and form to fill. So you send the stamps off to be exchanged! J.W.

The delivery office never operates according to their opening hours. I?ve had multiple occasions where the delivery is closed before 6pm while it?s supposed to be open.
