I bought a birthday balloon for my sons birthday another day. However, the staff there did not tied the balloon very well, the string get loose then the balloon just gone it Whats a shame !

I attempted to visit the Card Factory shop in Bath on 03.01.23 after checking the closing time online. Upon arriving at the shop there was a sign in the door saying that they had closed early due to the train strikes. Obviously this is understandable however, I do wish that there had been something online notifying potential customers that the shop would be closed early. And despite being closed there were still staff in the building who did not seem to be doing much work. I returned to the shop on 04.01.23 and luckily managed to get some balloons which are fine. However, the staff were unprofessional i.e. using their phones during business hours and talking about their personal lives openly. It seemed as if me being in the shop was an inconvenience to them.
